Project Name: 2027-2032 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program | P-04-22-26-01
Project Description: The City of Poulsbo's 2027-2033 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a non-project action that identifies 18 projects to provide road capacity and safety improvements within the City. Lists of individual projects associated with citywide traffic calming improvements, pavement restoration, and non-motorized safety improvements are maintained by the Engineering Department. Individual projects will be subject to detailed site plan and environmental review.

The City of Poulsbo has determined that the above-described proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after reviewing a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
There is no public comment period for this DNS. You may appeal the DNS in writing to the responsible official listed below no later than 10 working days from the date of this notice (Due by 4:30pm on Monday, May 11th, 2026). You should be prepared to make specific factual objections. Contact the responsible official to read or ask about the procedure for SEPA appeals. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-060, additional environmental review and opportunity for public comment will occur as site-specific design plans become available for individual projects. Additional project information will be available through the City of Poulsbo Engineering Department.
