Notice is hereby given that the Department of Community Development has recently received applications for the following development proposal(s). These proposals may be the subject of future public hearings, before the Kitsap County Hearing Examiner, of which separate notice shall be published in this newspaper at least 15 days prior to the public hearing.

Project Description: TRUNNELL - Conditional Use Permit for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (2x6) - SUBMISSION-2026-827 Applicant proposes to convert an existing permitted garage into a detached 868 square foot accessory dwelling unit(ADU) above a proposed home business space. The structure to be converted is located approximately 255 feet from primary Residence. KCC 17.415.015 (B) (4) provides the ability to convert an existing detached structure, notwithstanding distance from primary residence. Both will use a shared driveway accessing from Stottlemeyer Rd NE. Applicant is providing additional off-street parking. Also existing on-site is a 3,547 square foot primary residence
