Project Description: Subdivide a 21-acre lot into nine 1-acre + lots and dedicate the remaining area toward Natural Area requirements. The proposed single-family residence subdivision will have 9 homesites, each of which will be the maximum size allowed in R-0.4 zoning (12,000 sf). The proposed homesites will utilize the existing landscape and be oriented to take advantage of natural view corridors.
