NOTICE OF APPLICATION/SEPA Comment Period Notice is hereby given that the City of Bainbridge Island Planning & Community Development has received a Notice of Application/SEPA Comment Period for the following development proposal(s). Project Name: Opal Ridge Preliminary Subdivision Project Number: PLN53221 Permit Type: Preliminary Subdivision Site Location: 7682 NE OPAL RIDGE LN Parcel No.: 33250220152005 Project Description: Subdivide a 21-acre lot into nine 1-acre + lots and dedicate the remaining area toward Natural Area requirements. The proposed single-family residence subdivision will have 9 homesites, each of which will be the maximum size allowed in R-0.4 zoning (12,000 sf). The proposed homesites will utilize the existing landscape and be oriented to take advantage of natural view corridors.
