NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
OF 84 Ft. YACHT
PURSUANT TO RCW 88.26.020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that private marina operator Yachtfish Marine LLC ("marina operator"), has seized the Vessel described below for unpaid moorage charges. Under the laws of the State of Washington (RCW 88.26.020), the Vessel has been conclusively presumed abandoned by its owner. Pursuant to RCW 88.26.020, a public auction will be conducted to sell the Vessel in a live, in-person auction to the highest and best bidder to satisfy the unpaid marina moorage charges, costs of sale and related legal expense. The date, time, place and procedure for the auction sale is set out below:
1. DESCRIPTION OF VESSEL: The "Vessel" [unnamed presently] is a 2003 or 2004 Viking Princess 84 PHMY; Length: (84' LOA), (70' LWL); Manufacturer: Viking / VSC; Hull ID # (HIN): #VSC84023L203; Registration: (unknown) / Formerly O/N 1192007. The Vessel is currently afloat with an intact hull, but internally is substantially fire damaged throughout with engines, transmissions, generators and other machinery systems and equipment salvaged and removed.
2. TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC SALE:
Date of Sale: Friday, July 17, 2026.
Time of Sale: The sale will start promptly at 1:00 PM Pacific Time
Physical Location: The public auction will be held at the Yachtfish Marine boatyard and repair facility at 53 SW Bay Street, Port Orchard, Washington 98366; Tel. (360) 876-9016. The live, in-person bidding and sale will take place in the main parking lot within the fenced boatyard and immediately in front of the facility's main office.
3. TERMS OF SALE:
• Payment: Cash or certified cashier's check payable immediately upon the conclusion of bidding. No personal checks or financing options will be accepted.
As-Is Condition: The vessel, its interior and equipment have been extensively damaged by fire, and its material condition is unknown. Further damage was caused during the removal of the engines and other machinery. The Vessel is sold "as-is, where-is" with all faults and at buyer's risk. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied by the seller, marina operator or any other entity or person.
Vessel Removal Requirement: The successful bidder must remove the vessel from the marina premises within ten (10) calendar days of the sale. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the purchase price and title reverting to the marina pursuant to RCW 86.26.020.
Minimum Bid: The marina operator has established a minimum bid of $10,000 for the Vessel at the time of the auction sale. The marina operator may bid all or part of its charges at the sale and may become a purchaser at the sale.
Right to Terminate Sale. Marina operator reserves the right and option to postpone or cancel the auction prior to the date of the sale, including to right to cancel if the moorage charges owing are paid or otherwise satisfied by the Vessel's owner prior to the auction sale.
4. VESSEL VIEWING PRIOR TO SALE, INSPECTION & INFORMATION.
The Vessel to be sold is located on the main dock of the Yachtfish Marine facility in Port Orchard, WA, and is available for inspection and viewing beginning at 11:00 am Pacific Time on the day of sale, or before that date by appointment by contacting the marina operator's authorized representative: Darrin Schmitt, tel.(360) 876-9016; c/o Yachtfish Marine, 53 Bay Street, Port Orchard, Washington 98366.
