PO Industrial Park - Lot 18 Branham Development, Tony Branham, PO Box 1506 Gig Harbor, WA 98335, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Port Orchard Industrial Park - Lot 18, is located at Lot 18 - Between Vivian Ct. and Leader International Dr. in Port Orchard Industrial Park, Port Orchard WA 98367. Bordered on the south side by Lumsden Rd. in Port Orchard in Kitsap county. This project involves 1.25 acres of soil disturbance for Commercial construction activities. Some discharges and runoff goes to ground water. The receiving waterbody is PO Industrial Park Retention Pond. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecology's action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
