NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Monroe Circuit Court 1 of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C01-2308-MF-001838, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Dawn R. Crawford and David M. Crawford were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 21st day of November, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 11 in Adams Hill Farm, Phase I, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Cabinet C, Envelope 270, in the Office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana.
