EXHIBIT II   LEGAL NOTICE OF FILING FOR A CHANGE IN NON-RECURRING FEES AND CHARGES Ellettsville Municipal Water Utility Ellettsville, Indiana   Notice is hereby given that the Ellettsville Municipal Water Utility, Ellettsville, Indiana, under and pursuant to the Public Service Commission Act, as amended, filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on or about October 20, 2025 a request to increase its schedule of nonrecurring charges. The changes in schedules ofnon-recurring fees and charges submitted to the Commission are based solely upon the increase in the labor and material costs ofproviding services to the customers of the Ellettsville Municipal Water Utility. The increases in non-recurring charges shall apply following final approval by the Commission or November 19, 2()25, whichever is later. The proposed increases are for non-recurring charges only, for all water utility customers, and do not affect retail water rates.
