Notice is hereby given that Robert Stacey Giomi is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of The Foghorn Trust, and that Lynn L. Giomi, initial Co-Grantor and Co-Trustee of said Trust, died on or about February 28, 2026, being at the time of her death a resident of Monroe County, Indiana. A creditor having a claim against the Grantor and against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
