By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C01-2504-MF-001053, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Barbara Porter, The United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Cedar Chase Community Association, Inc. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 15th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., with a closing time of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
