NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2505-MF-001441, wherein Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Patricia Ann Friedman and State of Indiana, Department of Revenue, Collection Division were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 15th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., with a closing time of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
Lot Number One Hundred Forty-One (141) in Sherwood Oaks Section Three, an addition to the City of Bloomington, Indiana, as shown by the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book No. 5, Page 77 (now Plat Cabinet B, Envelope 133), in the Office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
