The project will include but is not limited to the replacement of the original kitchen cabinets and countertops as specified in the bid documents. This project is funded with Community Development Block Grant funds by the City of Bloomington through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.   Electronic bids will be received by email to the Architect and Owner until 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly in the office of the Architect and read aloud via a Microsoft Teams virtual meeting.
