NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the final judgment rendered in this action on September 18, 2025, the Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property at public sale for cash to the highest bidder:
Unit 814, and the exclusive use to that limited common element as described in the Declaration of Condominium as Carport Parking Space No. 814, which is an appurtenance to said unit, in accordance with other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Regency Pines II, A Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4705, Pages 2759 through 2801, inclusive, Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.
This sale shall be conducted at the Brevard County Government Center, 518 S. Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, Florida 32780 at 11:00 a.m. on November 19, 2025. This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in The Eagle at least five days prior to the date of this sale.
