Consultants, Inc., 312 South Harbor City Boulevard, Suite 4, Melbourne, Florida 32901 on the following dates: October 21, 2025 November 18, 2025 December 16, 2025 January 20, 2026 February 17, 2026 March 17, 2026 April 21, 2026 May 19, 2026 June 16, 2026 July 21, 2026 August 18, 2026 September 15, 2026 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained from the office of the District Manager at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting by contacting the District Manager’s office at (561) 571-0010 during normal business hours, or by visiting the District’s website, https://malabarspringscdd.net/. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
