Freemen has been filed in this Court, which you are named as a potential beneficiary. This action will affect the division ofreal property being located at 108 Saint George Road, West Melbourne, Florida 32904, and owned by Lois J. Freemen. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Petitioner's Attorney, Stephen P. Heuston, Esquire, Heuston Legal, PLLC, 1333 Gateway Drive, Suite 1024, Melbourne, Florida 32901 and file the original with the clerk of this Court at the Brevard County Courthouse, 2825 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida 32940, either before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default may be entered against you, or the relief demanded in the petition may be granted.
