SPECIAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY MEETING NOTICE OF ATTORNEY – CLIENT SESSION March 31, 2026 During the next regular meeting of the Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority ("TCAA") to be held at 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2026, the TCAA Board of Directors will meet in a closed, attorney-client session in accordance with section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes (2023). The attorney-client session will be held in the Airport Authority Office located at the Space Coast Regional Airport, 1 Bristow Way, Titusville, FL 32780, is expected to commence at approximately 5:30 p.m. and is expected to last approximately one (1) hour. The purpose of the private session is for the TCAA and its legal counsel to discuss the following case: Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority v. Islands International Group, Inc., Case No. 05-2024-CC-019418, currently pending before the County Court in and for Brevard County, Florida. A certified court reporter will record the entire session.
