Hogan (“Petitioner”), of 1821 Moonlight Drive, Bartlesville, OK 74006, has filed a Petition for Summary Administration (“Petition”), attaching thereto the Last Will and Testament (“Will”) of James Ruben Hogan, regarding the Estate of James Ruben Hogan (“Decedent”) and requested the Court to probate the Will and issue Letters of Special Administration to Donna R. Hogan, although she is not the person named Personal Representative in said Will. Said Petition further requests the Court admit the Will to probate, approve the final accounting, determine the heirs-at-law, devisees, and legatees, determine creditors and claims, if any, distribute all property subject to this Court’s jurisdiction, discharge the Personal Representative, close the Estate, and grant other relief requested in the Petition. ALL CREDITORS having claims against James Ruben Hogan, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Personal Administrator herein, Donna R. If any objection(s) and/or relief request(s) are filed before the hearing date, then at the hearing date and time, the Court will determine whether the Will attached to the Petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the final accounting will be approved, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed, whether any other relief requested by Petitioner will be granted, and whether the Personal Representative and Letters of Special Administration will be discharged and the Estate closed.
