Hamilton, Dewey, OK 74029, has filed a Petition for Summary Administration (“Petition”), regarding the Estate of Mae Lela Fluty (“Decedent”) and requested the Court to issue Letters of Special Administration to Mark R. Franco. Said Petition further requests the Court approve the final accounting, determine the heirs-at-law, devisees, and legatees, determine creditors and claims, if any, distribute all property subject to this Court’s jurisdiction, discharge the Personal Representative, close the Estate, and grant other relief requested in the Petition.   ALL CREDITORS having claims against Mae Lela Fluty, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Personal Administrator herein, Mark R. Franco, in care of the Attorney for the Estate of Mae Lela Fluty as follows:   Mark R. Franco c/o Robert C. Fries, Esq. FRIES & FRIES, P.C. 401 S. Ross, Dewey, OK 74029.   The total estimated value of the Estate of Mae Lela Fluty as set forth in the Petition is $20,000.00.   Pursuant to the Order of this Court and 58 OS §246(D), the Petition will be heard by said Court in the Washington County Courthouse in the City of Bartlesville, Washington County, State of Oklahoma, on the 11th day of May, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.   Any and all persons interested in the Estate of Mae Lela Fluty, heirs-at-law, next of kin, devisees, and legatees receiving this notice and any interested party may file any and all objections to the Petition and/or relief requested at any time before the hearing date, with such objection(s) and relief requested to be filed herein, with a copy being sent to Mark R. Franco and Robert C. Fries, the counsel of record for Mark R. Franco, and if any objection(s) and/or relief request(s) is not made within the allowed time, all persons will be deemed to have waived any objection(s) and/or relief request(s) to the Petition.
