NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR OSAGE COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CONNIE S. HARRIS, DECEASED CASE NO. PB-2025-127 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of CONNIE S. HARRIS that JAMES D. HARRIS and ROBERT DARRELL HARRIS has produced and filed in the District Court of Osage County, Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of CONNIE S. HARRIS, deceased, and also filed in said Court their Petition praying for the probate of the Will and asking that Letters Testamentary issue to JAMES D. HARRIS and ROBERT DARRELL HARRIS as Personal Representative named in the Will and further has asked the Court to determine the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent. Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is hereby given that on November 10, 2025 at 8:30 a.m., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom, County Courthouse, Pawhuska, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
