Notice is hereby given that the Petitioners in the above captioned and numbered cause, have filed a verified Petition requesting that the Court foreclose the right to reopen certain portions of Ogeechee Avenue located in William Keeler's Addition to the Town of Ramona, Washington County, Oklahoma "Subject Property", said portions being more particularly described as follows:
All that part of the platted Ogeechee Avenue lying between Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 6 and Lots 10, 11 & 12, Block 7 of William Keelers Addition to Ramona, Washington County, Oklahoma
The above request to foreclose the right to reopen said drainage and utility easement will be presented to Judge Vaclaw, District Court Judge, Washington County, Oklahoma, on the 9th day of May, 2026, at 9:00am, or as soon as thereafter as possible.
Anyone in opposition to this Petition to foreclose the right to reopen said drainage and utility easement or portions thereof may appear at the above time in the said Courtroom of Judge Vaclaw in the Washington County Courthouse at 420 S. Johnstone, Bartlesville, OK 74003, and resist the same, provided said party has filed a verified answer showing the grounds for opposition to the Petition at least five (5) days prior to the date set for the hearing, and should opponents not appear and resist, then relief may be granted as prayed for in the Petition.
