STANLEY W. MERRITT and MARLENE MERRITT, their spouses, heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and/or assigns, both known and unknown.
You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Washington County, State of Oklahoma, in the case entitled JOSE MARTINEZ DIAZ, DINORA DIAZ, and CHARLENE MARTINEZ, individuals, Plaintiff, v. STANLEY W. MERRITT and MARLENE MERRITT, their spouses, heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and/or assigns, both known and unknown WASHINGTON COUNTY TREASURER and the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY, Defendant(s), alleging that Plaintiff, including successor(s) and/or assign(s) prior to and/or after this suit, is/are/were the record owner(s) of the fee simple title and is/was in possession of the following described real property, to wit:
Lot Two (2), Block Five (5), SUNSET ADDITION, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.
Physical Address: 1503 South Elm Avenue, Bartlesville, OK 74003 (collectively the "real property")
Said Petition alleges that you have clouded the real property and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property. You are hereby notified that unless you answer said Petition of the Plaintiff filed herein against you on or before December 8, 2025, the allegations of the Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered and a Decree quieting Plaintiff's title, including Plaintiff's successor(s) and/or assign(s), to the above-described real property will be entered against you.
