Bids submitted by facsimile will not be accepted. Bids submitted after closing time will not be accepted. Bids received more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to closing time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder. The deadline for RFI's and Substitutions will be Tuesday June 30, 2026. Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the CM upon a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 for each set. Electronic copies will be made available upon request. Bidding documents may be examined at the office of the Construction Manager free of charge. Bidding documents will be delivered to local construction plan rooms. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids & waive minor irregularities.
