Claim Notice IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT MERCER COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN RE THE ESTATE OF: DARWIN LEE TERKLESON, Deceased CASE NO. 2026-PR-2 WILL AND CLAIM NOTICE-INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION Notice is given of the death of Darwin Lee Terkleson. Letters of Office were issued on the 20th day of January, 2026 to Sasi D. Rodriguez, 110 NW 5th Ave., Aledo, Illinois 61231 as Independent Executrix, and whose attorney is listed below. Notice is given to Bradley Terkleson and Brian Terkleson, whose addresses are unknown, along with all the unknown heirs and legatees of Denise Terkleson, Deceased, whose addresses are unknown, that an order was entered by the Court on the 20th day of January, 2026 admitting the Will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original Order of Admission, you may file a petition with the Court to require proof of the Will by testimony of the witnesses to the Will in open court or other evidence, as provided in Section 5/6-21 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/6-21). You also have the right under Section 8-1 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/8-1) to contest the validity of the Will by filing a petition with the Court within 6 months after admission of the Will to probate. You have the right under 755 ILCS 5/28-4 to seek to terminate the Independent Administration of this Estate. These filings may be accomplished by petitioning the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 5/28-4 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk. You have the right under 755 ILCS 5/28-4 to seek to terminate the Independent Administration of this Estate.
