23CV5096 --- In the matter of Foreclosure of Liens for Delinquent Taxes, County Treasurer of Franklin County, Ohio, Plaintiff vs. Carolyn Lee Ingold, et al., Defendants.
Whereas, judgment has been rendered against Carolyn Lee Ingold, et al., in the amount of $16,930.27 for taxes, assessments, penalties, costs, and charges as to:
Auditor's Parcel No. 090-006062, known as 471 Bernhard Rd, Columbus, OH 43213.

Terms of Sale: To be sold @ https://franklin.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov for not less than judgment amount. $16,930.27 deposit must be made on account with Realauction prior to sale (see online sale/bidding instructions). Balance cashier’s check only within thirty days after confirmation. Subject to any liens for real property taxes not due and payable on the day of sale. ORC 2327.02(C) requires successful bidders pay recording and conveyance fees to the Sheriff.
Whereas, such judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of such judgment; Now, therefore, Public Notice is hereby given that I, Dallas Baldwin, Sheriff of Franklin County, Ohio, will sell such real property at Public Auction, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153, online @ https://franklin.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, to the highest bidder of an amount sufficient to satisfy the judgment at 9:00 A.M., on Friday, March 20th, 2026 and if any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale at 9:00 A.M., at the same place, on Friday, April 10th, 2026 for an amount sufficient to satisfy the judgment against the parcel.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1) THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN THAT MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE AND PURCHASERS OF ANY SUCH REAL PROPERTY ARE URGED TO SEARCH THE FEDERAL TAX LIEN INDEX IN THE COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE.
2) THAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH R.C. 5721.19 (J) ALL PURCHASERS OF PROPERTY SOLD AT AUCTION FOR DELINQUENT TAXES ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE TO THE COUNTY SHERIFF AN AFFIDAVIT CONCERNING ANY PROPERTY IN OHIO WHICH IS OWNED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE PURCHASER VERIFYING THE TAX PAYMENT STATUS OF SAID PROPERTY/PROPERTIES.
