John Doe, the unknown alleged father of the minor children Zyaire, Zaiden, and Zaaliyah Heath, whose last known address is unknown, is hereby notified that a sworn complaint has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, 373 S. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215, alleging the minor child(ren) is/are neglected, abused, and/or dependent. You are commanded to appear before the Court for a hearing on the temporary custody of said child(ren) on March 17, 2026 at 9:30 A.M. before Magistrate Barranada at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215. The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party.
