FORECLOSURE NOTICE:
Defendant(s), Bethel Commons Condominium Association, whose last Statutory Agents last known address is 6255 Corporate Center Drive, Dublin, OH 43016, will take notice that on September 22, 2025, Arvest Bank, Successor in Interest by Merger to Arvest Central Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint in Case Number 25CV-8155, Franklin County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Bethel Commons Condominium Association, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiffs claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on May 13, 2026.
