NOTICE TO BIDDERS FRANKLIN COUNTY CONVENTION FACILITIES AUTHORITY Greater Columbus Convention Center Operable Partition Repairs   Sealed bids will be received by the Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner” of the Greater Columbus Convention Center (“GCCC”), 400 N. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43215 until April 16, at 3:00 PM EST and will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter, for the furnishing of materials and performing the labor for the execution and construction of:   Operable Partition Repairs    Owner’s Estimate: $350,000   in accordance with specifications prepared by the Owner.
