High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Manuel Velazquez is the owner of the premises known as 218 North PowellAvenue, Columbus, Ohio 43204, parcel number 010-052539-00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located at 218 North Powell Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43204 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or title fait to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff to be entitled. Defendants are further notified that a Status Conference has been scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the Franklin County Municipal Court, Environmental Division, Courtroom 15A, 375 S.
