John Doe, the unknown alleged father of the minor children Bentley, Lincoln, Jace, and Leland Sword, whose last known address is unknown; is hereby notified that a Motion for Shelter Care and Alternative Disposition has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, requesting that custody orders related to the minor child(ren) be modified. You are commanded to appear for a hearing on June 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. before Magistrate Sanchez at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215.
The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours. You are advised that the granting of temporary custody of the above-named child(ren) will cause removal from the child(ren)’s parent(s) and/or legal custodian(s) until the Court terminates the order of temporary commitment or until permanent custody divests the parent(s) of parental rights.
