NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure entered June 1, 2026 in Case No.: 2025-CC-000553 of the County Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida in which HIDDEN LAKES OF PALM COAST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Defendants, CHRISTOPHER R. SMITH and MICHELE ROSE-SMITH, et. al., Tom Bexley, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www. flagler.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Flagler County, Florida on July 10, 2026 at 11:00 am, EST the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
