ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the City of Grandview Heights via Bid Express (www.bidexpress.com) until 1:00 p.m. local time on April 22, 2026, for the 2026 Alley & Street Paving Project, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City of Grandview Heights may choose to not award the bid—and bidders shall hold bids open—until sixty days after the bid opening. Work includes alley and street improvements, including concrete alley replacement, asphalt planing and paving, storm sewer, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and curb ramps. Base Bid estimate: $612,747.00. Alternates: No. 1 – $34,634.00 (Fairview Sidewalk); No. 2 – $191,454.00 (Alley 5B); No. 3 – $60,000.00 (Misc. Pavement Repair); No. 4 – $0.00 (High Recycled Asphalt Pavement).
