NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION OF NONPROFIT CORPORATION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 1702.48 of the Ohio Revised Code, Griffith Insurance Education Foundation, Inc., an Ohio non-profit corporation, has elected to voluntarily dissolve and wind up its affairs and that a Certificate of Dissolution was filed with the office of the Ohio Secretary of State on April 16, 2026.
