In the Court of Common Pleas of Guernsey County, Ohio, Sharon Secrest, Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge Ohio 43725, Plaintiff, -vs- Glen Frances, Sr. (aka Glenn Francis, Sr.) and Dorothy Frances (aka Dorothy Francis), et.al., Defendants, Case No. 25CV314, Judge Daniel G. Padden.
Glen Frances, Sr.. (aka Glenn Francis, Sr.), whose last known address, 691 Apple Pie Ridge Road, Wheeling, WVA 26003 and Dorothy Frances (aka Dorothy Francis), 691 Apple Pie Ridge Road, Wheeling, WVA 26003; and All Current Tenants, 26611 Marina Road, Freeport, Ohio 43973, cannot with reasonable diligence be found or ascertained, shall take notice that on the 25th day of July, 2025, James A. Caldwell, then Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, in Case No. 25CV314, filed his complaint against said party praying for foreclosure for delinquent taxes regarding the following described real estate, to wit: 26611 Marina Road, Freeport, Ohio 43973; and Marina Road, Freeport, Ohio 43973.
Said party or parties are required to answer on or before the 28th day following the last publication of the within notice or default judgment or other judgment may be had against them. Said publication shall be made in this newspaper at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.

Situated in Londonderry Township, County of Guernsey and State of Ohio. and being a part of the East one half of Section 3, Township 11, Range 7.
Beginning for the same at an iron pin at the Southwest corner of the herein described tract and on the North right of way line of S.R. #506, said iron pin bears N. 1° 14' E. 201.60 feet and S. 88° 46' E. 400.00 feet from a stone at the center of Section 3; thence N. 1° 14' E. 110.00 feet to a point. an iron pin bears S. 1° 14' W. 10.00 feet; thence S. 88° 46' E. 40.00 feet to a point. an iron pin bears S. 1° 14' W. 10.00 feet; thence S. 1° 14' W. 110.00 feet to an iron pin on right of way line of S.R. #506; thence along said right of way N. 88° 46' W. 40.00 feet to the place of beginning. containing 4400 square feet.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the above described tract a strip of ground 10.00 feet wide along the North side to be used for public roadway purposes.
The above-described tract is part of a 13.4 acre tract deeded to Raymond H. Clary by Leroy Messe, et ux. by deed dated March 6, 1952, and recorded in Volume 222, Page 553, of the Guernsey County record of deeds.

Beginning for the same at a point at the Southwest corner of the herein described tract, said point bears N. 1° 14' E. 311.60 feet, and S. 88° 46' E. 400.00 feet from a stone at the center of said Section 3, an iron pin bears N. 1° 14' E. 10.00 feet; thence N. 1° 14' E. 102.22 feet to an iron pin on the North line of the grantors 13.4 acre tract: thence along said grantor's North line S. 88° 38' E. 40.00 feet to an iron pin: thence S. 1° 14' W. 102.12 feet to a point: an iron pin bears N. 1° 14' E. 10.00 feet; thence N. 88° 46' W. 40.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 4087 square feet.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the above-described tract a strip of ground 10.00 feet wide along the South side to be used for public roadway purposes.
The above-described tract is part of a 13.4 acre tract conveyed to Raymond H. Clary by Leroy Meese, et ux. By deed dated March 6, 1952, and recorded in Volume 222, Page 553, of the Guernsey County, Ohio Deed Records.
Together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, but subject to all legal highways.
Being the same premises conveyed to Harold O. Douthitt and Cora Douthitt, husband and wife, by Leonard A. Musa, a single person, by deed dated April 12, 1968, and recorded in Volume 277, Page 391 of the Deed Records of Guernsey County, Ohio.
