Waverly PhD Graduates from Seminary

Deborah Douglass, PhD, formally of Waverly, Ohio, graduated from Liberty University Seminary, John Rawlins School of Divinity in March of 2025 with her MDiv and is currently completing a Master's in Human Service Counseling in cognate Criminal Justice. She holds a College Teaching Certificate, a Master of Science in Grades K-12 Education, an ABA/CBA Paralegal from Capital Law University, a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, and two Associate Degrees in Law Enforcement and Security Operations, and is a graduate of O.U. The Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy holds numerous state licensing Commercial/Residential Inspections, Advanced Taser, Community Policing, among others). Deborah says that she wanted to set the best example to her successful children, David S. Theobald II, Mariam D. Makni, Sarai D. Rigsby, and Naomi D. Hoppel, to give them hope that they can make positive changes in life.
