PUBLIC NOTICE   PAULSBORO, NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE NO. 25.31   ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF BLOCK 78 LOT 8 ON THE OFFICIAL TAX MAP OF THE BOROUGH OF PAULSBORO, ALSO KNOWN AS 109 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, TO GRAYROCK DEVELOPMENT, LLC AND THE EXECUTION OF ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS   SUMMARY   The purpose of this Ordinance is to authorize the sale of Borough-owned property identified as Block 78, Lot 8 as identified on the Official Paulsboro Borough Tax Map, also known as 109 West Washington Street (the “Property”). The Property is subject to a Redevelopment Plan and therefore not subject to public bidding requirements. The consideration for the sale is Twelve Thousand Dollars and zero cents ($12,000.00). The Mayor, Administrator, or Borough Clerk will be authorized to execute the Contract of Sale and all necessary documents to effectuate the sale of the Property, including a redevelopment agreement. A copy of the Contract for Sale, once executed, will be on file in the Borough Clerk’s Office and may be viewed during regular business hours.   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading on the 9th day of December 2025, at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Paulsboro and will be taken up for final consideration and passage at a Meeting of the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Paulsboro to be held on the 29th day of December 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 1211 Delaware Street, Paulsboro New Jersey.
