NOTICE OF DECISION OF THE VOORHEES TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD   TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:   PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing held on November 13, 2025, at which hearing the applicant Tara Sutherland, was granted use variance approval, bulk variance relief from parking setback requirements, design waiver from residential buffer area, and waiver of site plan review to permit renovation of an existing residential structure formerly occupied for an insurance agency business to a hair salon in the O-1 Office Zoning District, under Zoning Board Application ZC2025-012, as required by the ULDO property located on Block 59, Lot 2, located at 606 S.
