Rowan College at Burlington County   NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4 et. seq., the Open Public Meetings Act, that the Board of Trustees of Rowan College at Burlington County has scheduled a Special Meeting on December 18, 2025, at 5:30 PM for the purposes of considering Personnel/Employment matters and related Board Business. The meeting will be held at the RCBC Mount Laurel Campus, 3331 State Route 38, between Hartford and Briggs Road, in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, in the Student Success Center, Executive Conference Room 138, on the first floor. The Board plans to enter into a closed, Executive Session. The purpose of this meeting is to consider approval of Amended and Supplemental Charges against Michael Cioce, approval of authorization to outside counsel Weiner Law Group, LLC, to assert certain claims on behalf of the College in the litigation instituted by Cioce, approval of Resolution No. 2025-350-02 “Acknowledgement of Middle States Commission on Higher Education Warning Status and Commitment to Compliance,” approval of Resolution No. 2025-350-05, “Resolution Granting Authority to the Acting President for Institutional Reorganization and Position Management,” and certain personnel actions.
