INVITATION FOR BID
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC CITY, NEW JERSEY will receive Sealed Bids for Maintenance Supplies and Appliances on the 17th floor of Jeffries Tower, 227 N. Vermont Ave., Atlantic City, New Jersey, on January 14, 2026 @ Noon at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained from the Atlantic City Housing Authority via email to the ACHA Modernization Coordinator, Megan Cavuto, at mcavuto@atlanticcityha.org. All Bids are to be submitted with one (1) original and (1) electronic copy (thumb drive) copy of original.
All addenda(s) will be issued via email. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda(s) related to this procurement and certify as such.

Questions regarding the bid package should be submitted in writing (via email to mcavuto@atlanticcityha.org) no later than 10:00 AM, January 6, 2026.
All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Thomas Sahlin, Executive Director, and clearly marked on the outside “IFB 25-14 Maintenance Supplies” including the bidder’s company name and return address. Bidders must ensure that their bid is received at the address and by the deadline specified above. Bids received after the deadline for any reason shall not be considered and will be returned to the sender.
All bids submitted are subject to these instructions and to the Instructions to Bidders for Contracts, form HUD-5369. The failure to abide by these instructions in any way, including but not limited to the failure to submit all required documentation, may lead to the bid being rejected as non-responsive.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the submission deadline.
The contract(s) shall be awarded on a per-item or per-category basis to the company who submits the lowest responsible and responsive bid. The successful bidder(s) will be required to execute the Housing Authority’s contract within seven (7) days of receiving the notice of award.
