PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 6, 2025, the Delran Township Planning Board (the "Board") adopted Resolution No. PP2025-07 (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of Rooted of Delran, LLC (the "Applicant") for final major site plan approval (the “Application”), with respect to property having a street address of 8000 U.S. Route 130 North, in the Township of Delran, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, and being designated as Block 120, Lot 8 on the Township of Delran Tax Map (the "Property").
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board previously granted the Applicant preliminary site plan and conditional use approval, together with bulk variance and design waiver/exception relief for the project further described below, by way of Resolution memorialized June 5, 2025 (“Prior Resolution”).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE the Board has now granted Applicant final major site plan approval to convert the existing 2,480 square foot commercial building located on the Property for use as a cannabis retail facility, along with related site improvements.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolution and the Prior Resolution are on file and available for inspection in the office of the Board, within the Delran Township Municipal Building, located at 900 Chester Avenue, Delran, New Jersey 08075, during regular business hours.
