PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has filed an application with the Winslow Township Planning/Zoning Board for a minor subdivision application. The Applicant proposes, with reference to the property described below, to create two lots out of the current singular lot. In addition, the Applicant will seek any and all other approvals necessary or required including variances, bulk and/or use, and any waivers that may be required by the Board regarding the proposed minor subdivision on the Applicant's property. The property is located at 405 Grimes Road, Township of Winslow, State of New Jersey, also known as Block 2902, Lot 5, which property is located in the RM Zone.
The application is available for examination at the Mayor Dominic Maiese Municipal Complex, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, New Jersey 08037, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
A public hearing will be conducted before the Planning Board in connection with this application at the Mayor Dominic Maiese Municipal Complex, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, New Jersey 08037 on the 19th day of February 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Anyone interested in this application will be given an opportunity to be heard at the aforementioned meeting.
