YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon the Law Offices of Taylor and Keyser, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 89 Haddon Avenue, Suite B2, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033, an answer to the first amended complaint filed in a civil action in which FIG 20 LLC FBO SEC PTY is the Plaintiff and Jeanette E. Nichols a/k/a Jeanette E. Deeck, John/Jane Doe, spouse of Jeanette E. Nichols a/k/a Jeanette E. Deeck, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 1999-R1, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation and the State of New Jersey, are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, within 35 days after May 8, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the first amended complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney you may communicate with the New Jersey State Bar Association or Lawyer Referral Service of the county of venue and that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may communicate with the Legal Services Office of the county of venue. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #21-00223 dated October 19, 2021, made by the Tax Collector of the Township of Pennsauken, and covers real estate located at 7736 Rudderow Avenue, in the Township of Pennsauken, County of Camden and State of New Jersey, known as Block 4208, Lot 11, as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of the Township of Pennsauken.
YOU, GREEN TREE FINANCIAL SERVICING CORPORATION, are made defendants in the above entitled action by virtue of a mortgage dated August 20, 1996, executed by David J. Deeck and Jeanette E. Nichols to Sylvan Pools – (NQ), which mortgage was recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on September 12, 1996 in book 4581, page 486, to secure the sum of $30,495.00. Thereafter, said mortgage was assigned to Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation by assignment of mortgage dated August 20, 1996 and recorded September 12, 1996 in book 0845, page 067.
The nature of which and the reason that you are joined as a defendant is set forth with particularity in the first amended complaint, a copy of which will be furnished to you on request addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above mentioned address.
