YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 216 Haddon Avenue, Suite 201, Westmont, New Jersey 08108, telephone (856) 858-7080, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which CITIZENS BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and The Wellington Funding Group, LLC is defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after May 15, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a Mortgage dated March 11, 2022 made by Anthony Prano to CITIZENS BANK, N.A., and covers real estate located at 1 Buttonwood Lane, Cinnaminson, New Jersey 08077in Burlington County in the State of New Jersey, known as located at 1 Buttonwood Lane, Cinnaminson, New Jersey 08077, Block 1101, Lot 3, as shown on the tax assessment map and tax map duplicate of Cinnaminson. Said mortgage was recorded April 8, 2022 in book 13606, page 995 in the amount of $375,200.00.
YOU, The Wellington Funding Group, LLC, are hereby named a party defendant herein for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or on the mortgaged premises.
The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the Complaint, a copy of which will be furnished you on request, addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above-mentioned address.
