PLANNING BOARD
On the 14th of July, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Gloucester Township Planning Board on the appeal or application of the undersigned. This application is for a minor subdivision with variances.
Location 28 Gravers Lane Blackwood NJ 08012; Block 7602, Lot 12, in the R-2 Zone.
Proposed Use: Minor Subdivision to create two (2) lots with existing non-conforming bulk variances for lot depth of 171.40 deep & 182.75 deep, instead of the required 200' depth, and lot frontage of 0 feet, because the proposed lots do not abut a street, although each proposed lot frontage does conform to the 100' requirement, and any other variances, waivers, relief that the board deems necessary.
The following described maps and papers are on file in the Office of Community Development in the municipal building located at 1261 Chews Landing Rd., Laurel Springs, NJ 08021 and are available for inspection Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., application # PBA 26-008.
