PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned applicant has applied to the Planning / Zoning Board of the Borough of Runnemede for the following approval(s): Variance/
Regarding Application Concerning:
Application has been made to for approval to adjust the lot line between Block 170, Lot 9 and Lot 1 to convey approximately 2,865 square feet to Lot 9. The application also seeks variance relief for Lot 9 from Section 395-6.C(1) for maximum impervious coverage and Section 395-6.B for minimum lot frontage, which are existing nonconforming conditions. The applicant further requests any and all other variances, waivers, permits, approvals, or other relief deemed necessary by the Board for approval of the application.
The proposed project involves the acquisition and incorporation of a portion of land from adjacent Lot 1, located to the rear of the applicant's property (Lot 9). This adjustment is intended to improve the overall lot configuration by creating a more regular and functional property layout, enhancing the usability of the site, and allowing for more efficient use of the existing property. The proposed change is designed to better align the property boundaries with the current and intended use of the site, while addressing any applicable zoning requirements and site considerations.
