Liquor License Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that application has been made to the Township of Voorhees to amend Retail Alcoholic Beverage License No. 0434-33-017-004, currently held in the name of Hadley House, LLC ("Applicant") t/a Ott's Tavern for premises located at 910 Berlin Road, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043. The proposed amendment is a change in ownership structure to convert the current percentage of the License owned individually by Craig Bigley and Todd Bigley to Bigley Management Partners, LLC, an LLC owned and controlled equally by Craig Bigley and Todd Bigley. The remaining member and each of their ownership percentages are unchanged and consist of: BHJW Holdings, LLC, Jeffrey Lucas, Kenneth Paris, June Paris and Dawn S. Barsel. A copy of the application filed seeking approval of this license amendment is available for inspection at the offices of the Voorhees Township Clerk at the Municipal Building located at 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
