NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Collingswood Planning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Don and Lisa Pinos ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address at 1 Lake Shore Drive, and designated as Block 186.01, Lot 9 on the municipal tax map. The Board approved a certification of pre-existing non-conforming use of the Property as a triplex pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-68.
The Board granted this application on March 9, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on March 23, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
