NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Collingswood Planning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Cultura Books LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 606 Haddon Avenue, Unit 1106, designated as block 96.01, lot 13, qualifier C606 on the municipal tax map. The property consists of an approximately 1,215 sf commercial condominium unit located on the first floor of the Collingswood Lumberyard condominium complex. The Board granted change of use and site plan waiver approval to convert the property to a retail bookstore.
The Board granted this application on April 27, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on May 11, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
