Notice Winslow Township Planning Board Meeting TOWNSHIP OF WINSLOW Please take notice that on Thursday, June18, 2026, at 7:00PM, a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Township of Winslow. The applicant is: Bonnie Plants, LLC-A Delaware Limited Liability Company, 121 Somerville Road, Decatur, AL, 35601. The applicant is proposing to construct eighteen (18) open air greenhouses. for the horticulture of various plants and flowers on the subject parcel. The applicant is seeking Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval for the proposed development of eighteen (18) open air greenhouses and 4 stormwater management basins as proposed on the submitted plans. The Properties in question are located in the Township of Winslow, and are shown on the Township of Winslow Municipal Tax Map as Block 8903, Lot 16, and Block 9002, Lot 3. They are connected to 125 South Route 73, Winslow Township, Camden County, New Jersey. The property known as Block 8903, Lot 16, is in the PR-1 Zone, Ordinance Section 296-11A of Winslow Township. The property known as Block 9002, Lot 3, is in the PRC Zone, Ordinance Section 296-40 of Winslow Township. The proposed use of this site is agriculture, which is a permitted use within these zones. The applicant will also seek any and all other easements, variances and waivers, as may be required or determined by the Board or the Staff in relation to the said properties. The application is being brought pursuant to the Land Use Regulations of Winslow Township and the New Jersey State Statutes within 40:55D.
