PENNSAUKEN TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Juan Bazurto has applied to the Pennsauken Township Planning Board for Bulk Variance to construct a 250 square foot addition above the existing garage located at 7019 Campbell Ave., Pennsauken, New Jersey, where the existing residence has a front yard set-back of 23.1 feet and Municipal Ordinance 141-77 C (2) requires a set-back of 30 feet.
The property is shown on the Tax Map as Block 4107, Lot 6. The subject property is in the R-2 Residential District. The applicant may also seek any other variances, waivers or relief noted by the Board or its staff during the course of review.
A public hearing on this application will be heard at 6:30 p.m. prevailing time, on October 15, 2025 at the Pennsauken Township Municipal Building located at 5605 N. Crescent Boulevard, Pennsauken, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person, or by any agent, or by an attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought.
All plans for the subdivision and related papers are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk, 5605 N. Crescent Boulevard, Pennsauken, New Jersey, and may be inspected by interested persons during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
