TOWNSHIP OF MAPLE SHADE NOTICE OF PUBLIC ONLINE AUCTION OF SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT Notice is here by given that the Township of Maple Shade will conduct a public online auction of Township vehicles and equipment no longer needed for public purposes. The Auction will be held pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 and the Local Unit Technology Pilot Program and Study Act (P.L. 2001, c30) on GovDeals' online auction site: www.govdeals.com/mapleshadenj The auction will begin on February 9th, 2026 at 8:00am and end on February 23rd, 2026. Items may be inspected by appointment only. Bidder are required to electronically register on the auctioneer's website. Participating bidders agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions and are to be bound thereby. All sales will be made to the highest bidder. All sales are final. All items are sold in "as is and where is" condition, free from guarantee or warranty. Payment in full must be made electronically within five (5) business days of auction closure. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. A daily storage fee of Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for any item not removed within this 10-day period. Any storage fees shall be made payable to the Township of Maple Shade. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transporting of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00pm, Monday through Friday by appointment only. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
