At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The extension of an existing box culvert, installation of new headwalls, storm and water main replacement, full depth road repairs and asphalt milling and overlay on Cornell Road between Allenhurst Boulevard and Swing Road.
